Crystalline Rose is a start-up international beauty company specializing in the sale of skincare related products. The are a company that always strives to empower women.
The logo mark represents the petals of a rose with a feeling of soft, gentle and light style.
The logo type is an altered version of Gangitem. It is thin and clean with a bit of a striking flare to it.
The color palette chosen is a soft warm beige, a light rose gold and a striking bright warm orange for some contrast. The beige is for the soft and gentle feel, whereas the orange is the striking, empowering and confident element. The rose gold is for lids of packaging to compliment the soft colors.
A challenge I faced was finding a font that would best fit the skincare industry as well as the company's guidelines while trying not to be generic and cliche. I went through many typefaces to find the best suited one. Many decorative typefaces mainly used for logos are sometimes experimental typefaces with was a challenge, especially when there were characteristics of the typeface that were a match.
I tried to find a typeface that did not have too many differences.
